Though we've walked through the gates of Hell a thousand times,
We enter into the gates of Heaven but only this once.

May God bless or fallen brothers at FDNY
and give strength to their families in their sorrow.



Why?


Here is the terror here is the blood,
Here are the bodies that lay in the mud,
Here are the ashes that cover the ground,
We watch on T.V. as the peace was not found,
Here is the fire that burned inspiration,
But it was not a bit of sensation,
The buildings all mashed when the planes had all crashed,
With the People of Sorrow,
We start a new day tomorrow.
